Know Bull Leadership Course Structure
Format
Each participant will complete a baseline 360 evaluation and set key metrics to measure concrete improvement throughout their participation. Metrics will be evaluated monthly and another 360 evaluation will be completed in month eight.
Each session
includes a keynote, breakout sessions, peer reviews, and action planning, facilitated both in-person (2-3 session in 12 months) and via a virtual platform to accommodate leaders from various locations.
Each Peer Group
will also have access to book individual/group coaching with David Quick during published coaching hours (two 2-hour blocks per month). Each participant will present a Capstone Leadership plan highlighting learnings, improvement, succession planning, and roadmap for further development.
