The Importance of Coaching to Be Your Best Self

Coaching

Is this as good as I’m going to get?

Without coaching, the answer might be yes. I recently watched a Ted Talk above from Atul Gawande (Want to get great at something? Get a Coach) that really resonated with me. Whether you are 10 years old learning the basics or 45 years old developing in a professional career, the impact of a coach can be huge.

How can you possibly get better if you don’t see yourself from a different perspective?

Can you truly be honest with yourself if you don’t have someone else keeping you in check, holding you accountable?

In this Ted Talk there are various examples from child birth centers to concert violinists who claim that without a coach, they wouldn’t be where they are today. I’d like to share with you that Ted Talk and also give you a link to my Executive Coaching page where you can put some time on my calendar to discuss your thoughts. Maybe you have a coach already, maybe you don’t. But, I encourage you to take the time to think about the importance of investing in yourself – I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Lead Boldy. Succeed Brilliantly.

Leadership is not just a role. It’s continuous journey of growth and impact.
