Three Questions To Ask When Finding Your HERD

The task of finding the “herd” that’s right for you and your company can often be an overwhelming task with so many unknowns. What if those in the your herd don’t mesh cohesively? What if they are under-qualified, or even over-qualified? What if they don’t want the same things for the company and the job is just a means to an end for them? How motivated are they? If you let the anxiety of the unknowns takeover, the questions can be never-ending.

But, simply put, you will find the herd you deserve by asking yourself these questions:

  1. Will this person embrace the culture?
  2. Do they have a “Ring the Bell” mindset?
  3. Are they willing to learn?

By asking these three questions, you can bypass worrying about all of the other unknowns and focus on what’s a priority. Everything else will fall into place as you and your herd learn and grow together.

Lead Boldy. Succeed Brilliantly.

Leadership is not just a role. It’s continuous journey of growth and impact.
